command to stop IIS service svc

• Click Start from the toolbar
• Click Run
• Enter the command “net stop w3svc”

550 must be authenticated

• Tools
• Account Settings
• Click on the appropriate account
• Click on the Change button
• More Settings button
• Outgoing Server tab
• Check the option “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
• OK button
• Next option
• Finish button
